The Antidote is an immersive cabaret party set during an imagined AI apocalypse.
Billed as the last safe place in the city, The Antidote creates an exhilaratingly charged party with an ever-present sense of danger in the background. With the threat of being scanned by an all-seeing “Intelligence” at any moment, the party is suffused with immediacy and intensity. Participants are obliged to check in their devices and party in person.

The Antidote is conceived and devised by a core team of 4 artists. The piece will be performed by the core team and a group of enthusiastic volunteers.
We are seeking a fabulous, show-stopping cabaret act to take our show to the next level. Could it be YOU? You will perform at the pulsing heart of the cabaret, entrancing the audience with your act. You will be our “secret guest” and the crowd will love it!
We already have poetry, dance, movement and interactive theatre — and we are looking for a show-stopper that complements these pieces. This could be (but isn’t limited to): burlesque, freakshow, singing, dancing, circus or standup comedy.
The piece can either be something you’ve already made or it can be devised specifically for the show. It would be great if it somehow relates to the theme of the piece — however, it can also simply be fabulous entertainment that makes people feel stimulated and alive.
Performance details
Date: Friday 15th and Saturday 16th March (both nights)
Time: approximately 22.30 (arrive by 21.30)
Location: Bobuska (a minute from Nørreport station)
Fee: around 1000 kr
Payment will be made a few days after the performance. It can either be paid as B-income or to a company. If we are paying to a company, an invoice is required.
